Recently Macbook have changed ARM M1 Chips (previously only used in mobile smart phones and tablets), which are not Windows compatible.
Hence, you cannot install windows natively via Bootcamp (also known as dual boot) on them. They are missing required Intel compatible hardware extensions such as AVX512 that many Winodws software will require and Discover requires it, so you will not be able to install Discover.
If you wish for this to be fixed, you should contact the Virtual Machine software vendor, Parrellels.
