This is in the files -

C:\ProgramData\Encom\EncomLM.xml

C:\ProgramData\Encom\ETDISK.SEC

And in some registry keys.

If either of these files is reverted to an older version, or if the service cannot access these (C:\Program Files (x86)\Encom\EncomLM.exe), they may become out of sync and cause the mismatch error.

It can also occur if the service is exited abnormally.
