How do I return a license to the server for someone else to use?
If you have a distributable license, this is not automatically returned when you shutdown Discover. You will need to manually return it before someone else is able to borrow and use the licnese.
This procedure requires you to have access to the intranet network license server i.e. you are on the VPN and can ping it.
1). On your computer open the Encom license manager by either -

Navigate to the Discover>Help>Licensing>License Manager
64-bit
Run MapInfo Discover and select the PRO tab. Navigate to the Add Ins> MapInfo Discover > License Manager option.
