When trying to uninstall a product, or upgrade the version, I am prompted to find the location of a .MSI file -
Solution
This can occur when temporary files are deleted, and the cached version of the install is lost which prevents the uninstall of a previous version.
To resolve donwload the corresponding installer from our downloads page, and run this. You will then be prompted to uninstall the product.
