When I open Datamine Discover from the desktop shortcut, only MapInfo menus load. There are no Discover menu tabs.
How do I start MapInfo and enable Discover to open automatically?
Solution
In Discover 2015 or later, navigate to either -
C:\Program Files\MapInfo\Discover
OR
C:\Program Files (86)\Encom\Discover
And double click the Discover.mbx file.
And double click the Discover.mbx file.
Then restart MapInfo.
If this does not work, navigate to HOME>Open>Program.
Then select the file to open -
C:\Program Files\MapInfo\Discover\Discover.mbx
