I'm trying to activate a standalone (also known as node locked) license activation key and getting the error Failed to activate license - Reprise Error Code -1031
Solution
This can occur if your local license information has become corrupted.
Navigate to the folder C:\Programdata\Reprise and rename it to backup.
Then try activating again.
