ArcGIS Pro 3.7 is a major release which is not backwards compatible with previous versions of Discover.

To upgrade firstly -

1. Download and install the .NET 10 Runtime which is required to run the ArcGIS Pro 3.7 installation -

2. Download and install the ArcGIS Pro 3.7 upgrade, you can do this in ArcGIS Pro under Project>About>Software Update.

3. Download and install the Discover for ArcGIS version2.3.465 or later from here -
