On starting Discover I receive the error "ERROR: You have an incomplete license system (license DLL not found).
Solution
Download and install the latest version of the Encom License Manager from here
If the error persists -
1. From the Control Panel, uninstall Encom License Manager. Then run the install again.
2. If the issue still occurs, in the Control Panel Remove Program, find Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2019. For both the x86 and x64 version, select them and click Change, and the select the Repair option to repair both of them.
If the error still persist, verify you have the files -
C:\Windows\System32\ETXLM64.dll
C:\Windows\SysWOW64\ETXLM.dll
And the file versions are matching the version of the Encom License Manager.
