When I try to open the Section Manager I cannot see it on screen. It is listed in the Explorer windows list, but I cannot see it. The recover Windows does not help.
Solution
Navigate to the folder -
C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Encom\Discover
And delete the files stored here. Then restart MapInfo Discover.
