When I zoom in with the mouse scroll wheel in 3D, it gets stuck and I cannot zoom any closer
Solution
You can only zoom to within 10m of the rotation centre point, which is not visible when using scroll wheel to zoom.
Hold the Left click + Right click mouse buttons, and pan in the XY plane instead. This will move closer the the point. You can also pan using the intuitive on screen button pad controls.
