License Install Error Unable to start service

Occurrence

When I run the License Server installation, I receive the error -
"Error unable to start the EncomLM service."

Solution

Check that you have the required prerequisite installed, which is Microsoft C++ 2015 x86 and x64 and restart the computer. Then run the install again.
