There are two methods for creating synthetic survey lines in Encom PA.
1. Use the Flight Path Simulator plugin utility accessed from the Processsing menu. This plugin will create a series of flight survey lines based on a grid image file, typically a terrain grid.
2. Use the Feature Manager utility to digitise individual lines with the polyline drawing tool. Then use the Feature Exporter utility, accessed from either the Conversion menu or the Feature menu, to export the lines to a Geosoft database (.GDB).
