How to troubleshoot installation issues?

If you are having trouble installing Discover software, the most useful information is to collect the installation log file (which is shown at the end of a failed install).

Discover always save these in folder -
C:\ProgamData\

With names such as Discover_ArcGIS_Install.log or Discover2024_Install.log. Collect all the relavent recent logs and send them to support.discover@dataminesoftware.com
